Store Policy

**NO REFUNDS** -EXCHANGES/STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS!

RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:

1.Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We will not accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn,soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.

2.All tags must be attached to clothing. Any sale items CANNOT be returned.

ACCESSORIES ARE A NON-RETURNABLE ITEM

3.We reserved the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements, including those of signs of being worn, smell of fragrance, and smoke.

4. Consumer will be responsible for shipping fees that are being returned.

5. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All items will be inspected and a store credit will not be issued for items that have signs of being worn,smell of smoke. Please make sure to include your original packing slip. If misplaced please include the following: Name, and order number, also with the reason for the exchange size, color, item, or store credit.

Return Processing Time:

Upon receipt of package,your return for a store credit  will be processed within 3-4 business days. you will be notified via email once it has been processed.
